OmniaWine was born from the shared passion for fine wines and hospitality of two longtime friends, Daniel and Lupo. After years of shaping award-winning wine programs at some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants and hotels, they decided to bring their vision together — combining deep expertise, global experience, and a love for exceptional producers. OmniaWine is the continuation of that journey: a refined, personal approach to wine, built on friendship, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Meet the Founders

Daniel Manetti

Founder

Originally from Tuscany, Daniel boasts over a decade of experience in the selection and curation of prestigious collections and wine cellars. He has held key international roles for 3-Michelin Star restaurants and hotels such as The Dorchester and the legendary Connaught, where he transformed the wine list and cellar into one of the most renowned collections worldwide.

Lupo Thoenes

Founder

Lupo Thoenes graduated in Marketing and Communication from the prestigious University of Bologna, where his passion for wine began while working at a family-run Michelin-starred restaurant. He went on to specialise in wine at ALMA, the renowned culinary school founded by Gualtiero Marchesi.
